Description of Weigute VGT-1109S Optical Ultrasonic Cleaner:

Equipped with a circulation filtration system, automatic temperature control system, agitation system, ultrasonic cleaning system, overflow system, and more. The cleaning section and centrifugal drying section are independently controlled by separate electrical cabinets.

Tank Structure Composition:

The tank is made of high-quality SUS316 2mm stainless steel plate welded construction. It features an independent overflow device and four stainless steel heating plates on the lower left and right sides, each with a power of 1.4KW.

The bottom of the tank is welded into a V-shape, facilitating the smooth flow of contaminants into the V-groove for easy cleaning. The bottom slopes backward, making it convenient to remove residual dirt and sediment, ensuring the cleanliness of the cleaning solution.

Ultrasonic Generator:

1、Ultrasonic generator adopts the internationally leading separate excitation oscillation circuit, increasing output power by over 15% compared to previous self-excitation oscillation circuits.

2、The ultrasonic generator operates at a working voltage of 220VAC ±10% and includes protections against overvoltage, overcurrent, and output short circuits.
